We may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve Lina's coaching (e.g., "users find Question 4 confusing")
We may analyze anonymized data to understand what features are helpful
Any analysis that could improve the Service uses de-identified data only
4.2 AI Model Provider
We use Anthropic to power Lina's conversational abilities. When you interact with Lina:

The AI provider processes your messages according to their own privacy policy
